Our house is a single level home with 4 bedrooms (3 king beds and one bunk bed (2-double beds). There is one full bathroom with a tub and shower. Downstairs there is a Pittsburgh toilet and a sink. There is a door to close off the downstairs for privacy. You will find a living room furnished with a couch, loveseat and two lounge chairs each with an ottoman. The furniture is new. There is a full service kitchen with a magic chef 4 burner electric stove and oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and a dishwasher. Off of the kitchen sits a dining room with a glass table that can seat up to 8 people. There is a large table for gaming or visiting, along with additional seating in the basement area. There you will find an electronic dartboard, cards, chess, checkers, poker chips and other games to keep your group engaged in fun. Outside there is a large yard with lots of space between the neighboring houses. Guests have full use of the outside with the exception of the garage. Inside guests have full use of the house with the exception of a locked linen closet and a locked room in the basement. Also in the basement there is laundry facilities (washer and dryer) and an ironing board with an iron.
